Hi, there!

I'm a Brazilian living in Berlin who works with UX/UI Product Design and Design System.

I have over 8 years of experience in the software industry gaining expertise in the fields of UX/UI design and frontend development. I have worked for companies such as Agendor, Maitha Tech, Deal Technologies, Vertem-Tradeback, Avanade and Neurotech.

I currently work at one of the largest CRMs in Brazil, with over 20,000 active users. My role focuses on reducing churn, increasing MRR, and improving the user experience in meaningful ways. I spend a lot of time understanding the “whys” behind user behavior to make sure we’re solving the right problems and delivering real value. I’m deeply involved in the process, and collaboration and open communication are key to making everything work smoothly.

I studied biomedicine and computer science, and I specialized in human-computer interaction. I made the leap into technology without looking back, and then I understood my passion for product design.

Nice to have you here! My name is Tássia :)

I've recently returned to writing about some topics that interest me and I'm sharing them on Medium.

I decided to move to Germany to internationalize my career and improve my intercultural skills. I am currently studying the German language (B1 level) to increase my skills.

I am convinced that the most effective way to learn is by teaching. When we are open to it, we can see new points of view and make a big impact in many lives. For that reason, at the second university, I taught software, design and AI to more than 120 students for almost three years (2018 to 2020).

Since July 2024, I’ve been a volunteer teacher at ReDI School’s Digital Women Program (DWP), where I teach UX/UI Design. My focus is on empowering women, many of whom are single mothers with migration backgrounds, by equipping them with the skills to succeed as UX Designers and build meaningful careers in tech.

In my free time, I love to draw and paint with watercolors, create geometric origami, go for a bike ride, explore new cafés in Berlin and plan my next trip!
